Cape Cod! I'll start out by saying this was my first wedding on the Cape and it totally kicked ass! Ryan and Suzy tied the knot at the Eagles Neck Estate in Truro, Cape Cod, an absolutely beautiful 10 acre estate that has it all! Dating back many many years ago, Ryan is one of my oldest friends, so it was great to get back in touch and be there for an extremely important day!
I arrived early to scope out the property. Upon arrival it was easy to see why they picked this spot. With it's secluded house and backyard, views of the marshes and yacht club, sandy beach below, and separate game house, it was amazing!
While Suzy got ready in the house, Ryan was busy in the game house getting himself prepped. The ceremony took place at the bottom of a hill in the front of the house. As Suzy made her way through the maze of colorful umbrellas holding her gorgeous flowers made by Fancy Flowers by Meredith, Ryan smiled from ear to ear as he drew the first glimpse of her!
Lobstah! What better way to celebrate the newlyweds then with a clam and lobster bake! Although I may be allergic shellfish and citrus, it seemed like everyone thoroughly enjoyed this "Cape Cod fresh" dinner! The party had only just begun as DJ Lion King (Jeremy Torres) pumped out the endless tunes. The dance floor was packed out all night which lead to some great images! Oh, I almost forgot to mention, there might have also been a Ben & Jerry's ice cream bar :)
